The Fusion Rewinder

The Fusion Rewinder takes a unique approach to an industry problem. It features a mount on the front and the back of each plotter, two chrome poles, four cones, and a coated hex key for adjusting the inset screws on the cones. This system allows the user to cut an entire roll of film or vinyl while it rolls the material onto an empty roll using a belt drive system that doesn’t require any extra mechanisms. Another unique feature allows the user to manually twist the belt and reverse the pull.

*Compatible with GCC Jaguar model numbers J4-101S and J4-183S, Graphtec model numbers 8600-100 and 8600-160, Roland Camm-1Pro GX400 and GX640, and Vinyl Express model numbers Q42 and Q64.

The Fusion Racket

The first of its kind Fusion Racket Media Loader features a 3 tier hooked media system with a handy fourth pole notch that acts as a quick spot to cut or as a temporary resting place to make changing film and vinyl rolls a faster process. This system comes with 3 chrome tubes and 6 media cones. There are inset locking screws on each cone that can be adjusted. The Fusion Racket also includes a coated hex key, along with a built-in holster to accommodate the hex key and an extra plotter blade. This system can also expand the number of rolls per chrome tube.

The Fusion Revolver

The first of its kind the Fusion Revolver Media Loader is a step above the Fusion Racket (shown below), giving the handler the ability to switch between at least 6 rolls of film or vinyl instead of 1, with ease. Each system comes with 6 chrome tubes and 12 locking cones that hold media rolls firmly in place. The cones grip onto the poles with an inset screw. Each system comes with a coated hex key for the cones. The Fusion Revolver also features a built-in holster to accommodate the included hex key and an extra plotter blade (not included). The poles are removable but securely place into fitted clasps. The clasps are designed to tightly hold each pole while still easily opening and closing with custom made springs. Switching between rolls has never been easier; simply open the locking catch, push up or down to rotate the mechanism and stop at the desired film or vinyl. This system allots more than 6 rolls of media. One pole can accommodate 2 or more rolls of film or vinyl simply by adding more media cones to the selected pole.

Fusion Wall Brackets

Organize film and vinyl rolls with Fusion Wall Brackets. Brackets can be mounted to the wall in various widths with two aluminum struts. After mounting the struts the brackets firmly hold extra rolls of material for easy access. Also offered in a Complete Set, these brackets are an asset to any shop hosting rolled materials.

The Fusion Media Catch

The Fusion Media Catch allows you to cut film and vinyl without it falling to the ground and getting scratched. The unique “W” shaped cloth catches and separates the material as it feeds in and out of the machine. Once the user is finished an adjustable mounting system allows them to simply stow away the front catch by sliding the support pole to the back of the mount. The sleek anti-static cloth is tough, light, smooth and machine washable.
